The above Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to forthwith act upon the Application/Representation dated 7th November, 2022 filed by Petitioner No.2 to transfer tax assessment bill in the name of Petitioner No.2 concerning the upper ground floor, Eastman House, Altamount Road, Mumbai-400026.

The learned Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 has, on instructions, stated that the Application/Representation dated 7th November, 2022 filed by Petitioner No.2 [at Exhibit-A to the Petition] shall be decided by them within a period of five weeks from today. 3.

Once this is the statement made, nothing survives in the above Writ Petition and it is directed that Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall decide the Application/Representation filed by Petitioner No.2 [dated 7th November, 2022] within a period of five weeks from today. 4.

Though we have disposed of the above Writ Petition, we place the same on board for reporting compliance on 6th March, 2024. 5.
