Learned counsel for Respondent No.2/original complainant submitted that the applicant has been arraigned as accused in the proceeding pending before the Trial Court. Inadvertently, the proceeding is against him will be withdrawn.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application. The application is allowed to be withdrawn. The respondent No.1 is granted two weeks time to initiate the appropriate action before the trial Court for withdrawal of the proceeding against Applicant.
