Heard learned counsel for appellant and the learned APP. Perused the report received from Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison dated 5.10.2016 informing that appellant Muskan Sufia Chunakhan who was convicted for the offence punishable under Sections 489B, 489C of I.P.C. and was sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for three years and to pay fine of Rs.500/- in default to suffer R.I. for one month on both the counts has undergone her sentence and she is released from prison on 23.1.2013. shivgan 1/2
