By this civil application the applicants seek condonation of delay in filing the civil application and for setting aside the order dated 5th February, 2015 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) passing a conditional order. Learned counsel appearing for the applicants states that the office objections will be removed within four weeks from today.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application and in view of the statement made by learned counsel for the applicants, the order dated 5th February, 2015 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) is set aside on the condition that the applicants remove 1/2

11-cas1770-15 all the office objections within four weeks from today. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted. If all the office objections are not removed within the aforesaid period, Second Appeal (Stamp) No.22555 of 2014 to stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.

The applicants are permitted to serve a copy of the second appeal upon the respondents within one week from the date of removal of the office objections. The delay, if any, in filing the civil application is condoned.

The civil application is accordingly disposed of in aforesaid terms.
