The grievance in this petition is that the trial court erred in passing the order dated 8 June 2018 below Exhibit-187 in Special Case No. 35 of 2012 holding that this court has stayed the trial against the Petitioners in Criminal Writ Petition Nos. 3413 of 2014 and 3414 of 2014 and not against the other accused inspite of specific interim order of this court in the said writ petition that 'the trial not to proceed till the next date', which was continued from time to time.
