By this interim application, the applicant seeks recall of the order dated 11th August 2022, passed by this Court by which the aforesaid petition was dismissed for non-prosecution, as none was present on behalf of the petitioner and prays for restoration of the said Criminal Writ Petition.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed and the order dated 11th August 2022, is recalled and Criminal Writ Petition No.2547 of 2013, is restored back to its original file. Delay of 3 days caused in filing the aforesaid application, is condoned.
