The Consent Terms have been signed by Petitioner Nos.1 and 3 and Respondent No.5. The Consent Terms have also been signed by the advocates for the Petitioners and Respondent No.5. The learned counsel for the Petitioners states that Petitioner No.2 has gone to his native place, but the advocate has instructions to sign the Consent Terms on his behalf.
