This is an application under section 438 of the Criminal Procedure Code, filed by the aforesaid applicants apprehending their arrest in C.R.No.239/2018 registered with Ratnagiri City Police Station. Mr. S.S. Pednekar, learned APP, under instructions, submits that the applicant will not be arrested without giving 77 hours written notice.
