The learned counsel for the applicant at the out set fairly submitted that, the trial of the present case i.e. Sessions Case No.287/2016 arsing out of CR No.357/2016 registered with Upanagar Police Station, District Nashik has already began and as of today the prosecution has examined five witnesses. He further on instructions submitted that, the prosecution may examine ten more witnesses in support of its case. 2.

In view thereof, the learned Additional Sessions Judge-3, District Nashik seized of Sessions Case No.287/2016 is hereby requested to expedite the trial and to make an endeavor to conclude the same within a period of nine months from today. Application is disposed off in the aforesaid terms.
