It is common ground between the parties that respondent has not paid rent from September, 2010 onwards. Ms. Rait states that amount of arrears of rent from September, 2010 to 31st December, 2018 comes to Rs. 10,500/- and respondent is handing over Rs. 10,500/- to Mr. Shah. Mr. Shah acknowledges receipt of the amount.
