This Interim Application is taken out for setting aside order dated 1st April 2022 passed by learned Registrar- Judicial II. By said order, it has been directed to remove office objections within a period of four weeks failing which, registration of Second Appeal along with all Interim Applications were directed to be refused. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the Applicants states that the Second Appeal is not yet admitted.

Mr. Sujeet Bugade, learned counsel appearing for the Respondents strongly opposes the application. 4.

However, for the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 5.

The Applicants to remove the office objections in Second Appeal within a period of twelve weeks from today.
