At the outset, Mr. Ugle, learned counsel for Respondent Nos.15 & 16 submitted that, hearing of the Revision Application No.225 of 2021 is now scheduled before the Divisional Commissioner of Pune on 26th April 2022 and the Respondents will cooperate with the concerned Authority in speedy disposal of the said Revision.

He further on instructions submitted that, the Respondents will maintain status-quo which is prevailing as on today with respect to the subject property, till the decision of the said Revision. 3.

In view thereof, the Additional Divisional Commissioner of Pune is hereby requested to expedite the hearing of said Revision and dispose it of preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the by AARTI G PALKAR Date:

Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 5.

It is needless to mention that, the present Petition is disposed of on the basis of a fair statement made by learned counsel Mr.Ugle appearing for Respondent Nos.15 & 16 and this Court has not adjudicated the issue involved in the present Revision.

The respective parties are at liberty to agitate their contentions before the Additional Divisional Commissioner of Pune in the said Revision.
