The learned counsel for the Applicant states that after the impugned order was passed, the suit has been dismissed for nonprosecution. It is not therefore necessary to examine the challenge in this Revision Application as the main proceedings do not strive on the date. In case the suit is restored, liberty to restore the Civil Revision Application. Civil Revision Application is accordingly disposed of with above liberty.
