Matters be listed after two weeks. Petitioner to file a short Synopsis and written submissions. State Government has already filed reply in support of the Civil Application. State Government Circular dated 17 October 2015 is also placed on record. The learned Assistant Government Pleader to take instructions accordingly. 3.

All parties to file Affidavit and/or additional Affidavit if any, within a period of two weeks. Stand over to 29 February 2016. High on Board.
