This petition is seeking to challenge order dated 20th July 2018 passed by the Appellate Bench of Small Causes Court in Marji Application No.27 of 2017 rejecting the Petitioner's application for condonation of delay of 205 days in filing an appeal against the common judgment dated 6th May, 2016 passed in R.A.E. Suit No.941/1450 of 2009 and R.A.D. Suit No.780 of 2009.
