This application seeks stay of the proceedings pending before the District Judge-1, Pune in Civil Appeal No.185 of 2004. Heard the leaned counsel appearing for the parties. The proceedings for partition shall go on. However, the possession of the appellants over Gat No.31 shall not be disturbed without obtaining prior permission from this Court.
