Admittedly, there exists an arbitration agreement between the parties. In view thereof, the following Order is passed : i.

Mr. Amrut Joshi, Advocate is appointed as the sole Arbitrator to decide the disputes between the parties arising out of Agreement dated 17 th December, 2012.

ii.

The disclosure of Mr. Amrut Joshi, Advocate under Section 11 (8) read with Section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 shall be filed on 13 th December, 2018.

iii.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. iv.

The cost of arbitration shall be initially be borne by the parties equally. v.

The venue of Arbitration shall be at Mumbai.

vi.

The above Arbitration Petition is accordingly disposed off. However, place the same on 13 th December, 2018 when the disclosure of Mr.Amrut Joshi, Advocate will be filed.
