In crime No.197/2018 for offence punishable under sections 363, 366A, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code registered with Manchar (Pune Gramin) police station, District Pune, the applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail. 3.
The complainant Vaishali lodged a complaint that her daughter Snehal was abducted by the applicant.

Perusal of the investigation papers particularly the statement of the victim Snehal has explicitly falsified the case of prosecution.

That being so, a case for pre-arrest bail is made out. Hence the order :- i) In the event of arrest in Crime No.197/2018 for offence punishable under sections 363, 366A, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code registered with Manchar (Pune Gramin) police station, District Pune, the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount;
ii) The applicant shall attend the Investigating officer on 4th, 7th, 11th and 14th of March, 2019 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and thereafter as and when directed; iii) The applicant shall not influence the prosecution witnesses or tamper with the evidence;
iv) The applicant shall co-operate with the investigating agency; v) The application stands disposed of accordingly. (NITIN W. SAMBRE, J.)
