This is an application for modification of condition No. (v) imposed upon the applicant while releasing him on bail by an order dated 28.10.2014 passed by this Court. By the said condition the applicant was directed to report to the Trial Court on the first Monday of each calender month till the disposal of the case against.

For the reasons stated in the application, the said condition is relaxed and the applicant is directed to attend the police station once in a three months on first Monday of the said month till the disposal of the case.
