The Applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No. 548 of 2019 registered at Sadar Bazar Police Station, Solapur, under sections 419, 420, 465, 468, 469 and 471 of I.P.C. and under sections 82 and 83 of the Indian Registration Act, 1908. 2.

The applicant was protected by an interim order dated 29/08/2019. Today a report is submitted by the investigating agency. It is taken on record and marked '

Considering this statement, the applicant can be granted anticipatory bail in this case. The investigating agency does not want her custody.

Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) In the event of her arrest in connection with C.R.No. 548 of 2019 registered at Sadar Bazar Police Station, Solapur, the applicant is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing P. R. bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.
