1] On 27.04.2022, the Applicant was released on bail subject to condition that he shall furnish sureties within a period of six weeks as he was released on provisional cash bail.

2] Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant. He seeks extension of time by stating that the Applicant had already filed surety applications on 18.08.2022 and the sureties were also kept ready, but the same were not accepted and the time had expired. He has also produced proof of the same.

3] I am inclined to grant indulgence by way of last opportunity being accorded the Applicant.

5] In the wake of above, following order is passed :

O R D E R

a] The order dated 07.09.2022 is set aside.

b] Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). c] Extension of four weeks is granted to furnish surety d] It is made clear that no prayer as contained in clause (c) can ever be entertained.
