They admit and confirm the correctness of the consent terms. Along with the consent terms, they have also annexed consent terms to be filed in S.C. Suit No. 844 of 2015. In view of the disposal of the Civil Revision Application, Civil Application No.656 of 2015 does not survive and the same is disposed of. The Court appreciates the efforts taken by Mr.Berjis Desai, the learned Mediator. In view thereof, direction contained in the order dated 16/12/2015 to submit the report is dispensed with.
