In view of the statement made by the learned A.P.P, learned counsel for the applicant does not press this application and seeks leave to withdraw the application, with liberty to approach the trial Court by filing an application after filing of the charge-sheet. Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed.
