As far as the breach alleged of directions contained in clause (iii) of paragraph 56 of the judgment of this Court is concerned, now the entire amount has been paid by the respondents. As regards the breach alleged of clause (iv), this Court has already granted liberty to the petitioner to take out appropriate proceedings before the appropriate Court. 2.

Hence, at this stage, there is no case to entertain the contempt petition and the same is disposed of. 1/2

We make it clear that as regards the allegations of breach of clause (iv) of the operative part of the judgment made in this petition, the petitioner can always adopt appropriate proceedings.
