2] Considering the averments in the Civil Application, the Applicants are permitted to deposit the monthly rents for August, September and October 2015. The Trial Court to accept the same. This shall, however, be without prejudice to rights and contentions of the Respondents. Such deposit to be made within a period of two weeks from today. The rents for the further months may also be accepted by the Trial Court on the same terms. 1/2
