Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that, he had not approached the Court of Sessions by filing a Criminal revision application challenging the order of issuance of process. He states that, permission be granted to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the Court of Sessions.

Permission is granted. The petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court of Sessions by way of criminal revision application. If the question of limitation arose, the said Court shall take into account the fact that the petitioner was pursuing this remedy before this Court.
