Taking into consideration, the avernments made in the Civil Application the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads as follows :- "b) Without prejudice to the Applicants contention that Respondent Nos. 1A and 1B have no tenancy right in the suit property, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant leave to substitute names of Respondent Nos. 1A and 1B in place of Respondent No. 1 in Civil Revision Application No. 279 of 2010 and in pending Civil Application." Necessary amendments to be carried out within one week from today.

Once the amendments are carried out, issue fresh notice to Respondent Nos. 1A to 1B in the main Civil Revision Application No. 279 of 2010 and in the Civil Application pending therein. The amendment is permitted to be carried out in the Civil Application as well.
