The Petitioner has challenged the communication dated 2 January 2021. The Petitioner has also drawn our attention to the communication issued to one Dr.Harshada Deshpande, Dr.Isha Pathan and Dr.Pallavi Dange. The Petitioner and these three persons are the members of the co-operative society of which the Petitioner is the Chairman. Having considered these communications which are only calling these individual members to attend the enquiry, we find that the petition moved by the Petitioner for his personal cause is

skn 2 47-WP-4755.2021.doc premature as the enquiry is at preliminary stage. In the light thereof, it is not necessary to entertain this petition. Needless to state that in case, in future, a cause of action arises for the Petitioner, it is already open to the Petitioner to approach the court of law. 2.
