DATED : 9th DECEMBER, 2015 P.C. :- The learned counsel for the petitioner states that during the pendency of this petition, the petitioner has received a letter dated 2nd December, 2015 from the Police Inspector, Local Crime Branch, Thane Rural. By this letter, it is reported to the petitioner that the investigation of C.R. No. 39 of 2015 registered with Kulgaon Police Station for the offences punishable under sections 307, 504, 506 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code is transferred to Local Crime Branch, Thane rural. In the light of this, the learned counsel seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Leave is granted. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
