This is the second Application for Anticipatory Bail in CR No.113 of 2022 registered with Boregaon Police Station, Satara, for the offences punishable under Sections 454, 457, 380 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned advocates representing both sides submitted that the parties have resolved the dispute. Consent terms and an affidavit of undertakings is tendered. It is taken on record and marked as "x" and "x1", respectively for identification.

In view of the settlement and the documents, the complainant has no objection for allowing this Application.

(6) aba 2685.2022.doc Vina Khadpe However, it is submitted that in the event, the consent terms are not complied with, liberty may be granted to the complainant to move an Application for cancellation of Bail. 4.

Learned APP on instructions from the Investigating officer who is present in the Court, stated that the parties have settled the dispute.

Hence, I pass following order :

:: ORDER ::

(i) Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed. (ii) In the event of arrest of the applicants in CR No.113 of 2022 registered with Boregaon Police Station, Satara, the applicants be released on Bail on executing PR Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- each with or more sureties in the like amount.

(iii)The applicants shall abide by the terms of the Consent terms and the affidavit of undertakings. In the event of breach of any of the conditions by the applicants herein, the prosecution / complainant will be at liberty to apply for cancellation of Anticipatory Bail granted to the applicants.
