Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had approached the concerned police authorities and filed a complaint on 14/3/2013 and since then the petitioner has not been informed by the police as to whether they have registered the offence or closed the matter. 2.
The petitioner is canvassing the issue in the year 2016. It would be appropriate that the petitioner personally approaches the concerned police within two weeks along with a copy of the said complaint.

On petitioner's approaching the police authorities, along with a copy of the aforesaid complaint, we direct the concerned police authorities to look into the matter and take appropriate decision and communicate the same to the petitioner accordingly.

With the aforesaid directions, petition is disposed of. 5.
Learned APP to communicate this order to the concerned police authorities.
