Having heard learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and learned AGP for the State, in our opinion it is convenient to dispose of the writ petition by directing Respondent No.2 to decide within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order the Petitioner's application under section 44(1)(e) of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act. Ordered accordingly.
