The petitioner-accused in a case popularly known as "Aurangabad Arms Haul case" prays for necessary direction to respondent no.2 to allow the petitioner's Advocate Mr. Asif Naqvi to meet the petitioner for seeking legal advice. Learned Counsel Mr. Asif Naqvi submitted that on 13th August, 2016 he was refused to meet the petitioner by jail administration.

Learned APP on instructions of jail authority submits that record

2/2 907apl 1187.16.sxw does not show that the learned Advocate had approached the jail authorities with a request to meet the petitioner, however, in case the petitioner's advocate is desirous of meeting the jail inmate, he may approach the authorities.
