Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
By this Civil Application, the Applicants are seeking permission to bring the legal heirs on record of the deceased Respondent No.1 Ramdas Sitaram Palekar who died on 16/06/2018. The present Civil Application is within time.
The learned counsel Mr.Sushant Prabhune appearing for the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that the legal heirs of the deceased lgc
(9) caw-114.19.doc Repondent No.1 are already on record as the Respondent Nos.2 and 3. He further submits that he has already filed his vakalatnama. He further submits that he is appearing for the legal heirs of the Respondent No.1. Statement is accepted.
In view of this fact, the following order is passed. a.
The Applicants are permitted to bring the legal heirs on record of the deceased Respondent No.1 by deleting the name of the Respondent No.1 and treating the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 as the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No.1.
b.
Amendment to be carried out on or before 28/02/2019. Amendment copy to be served on the other side immediately. c.
The Civil Application stands disposed of.
d.
No order as to costs.
