The learned AGP tendered a copy of letter dated 14.12.2022 addressed by the Deputy Collector(Resettlement) Pune, communicating the Petitioner that the plots described in last paragraph of the said letter would be allotted to the Petitioner within two weeks from today. Statement is accepted. 2.

The learned AGP on instructions states that in this case, the Petitioner is eligible to get such land and no issue of eligibility is pending. Statement is accepted.

In view of the statement made by the learned AGP, which is accepted by this Court, we do not propose to take action against the Respondents at this stage and the contempt petition is accordingly disposed of.

Place the matter on board for reporting compliance on 16.01.2023.

If it is found that the statement made by the learned AGP is not complied with even after this order, this court would initiate action against the concerned officer for committing contempt of the order passed by this court which is subject matter of this petition and also the order passed by this Court today.
