Heard learned advocates for the parties. The wife has filed Divorce Proceedings H.M.P. No.129/2014 in the Court of CJSD, Sangli. The husband has filed petition for restitution of conjugal rights bearing No.165/2014 in the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Pandharpur. The husband is residing at Bhimnagar, Sangola and the wife is studying in Pune. 2.

Learned Advocates on instructions admit that it will be convenient and beneficial to both the parties if both the matters are transferred to the Court of Family Court, Pune. Hence, the order:

ORDER

i) The application is allowed;

Nos.129/2014 and 165/2014 respectively pending in the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Sangli and Pandharpur are transferred to the Family Court, Pune for disposal according to law; iii) The Superintendent of the concerned Courts to transmit the records to the Family Court, Pune at the earliest; iv) The parties to appear in the Family Court, Pune on 19/11/2018;

v) Civil Application stands disposed of.
