This is the second bail application preferred by the same applicant. Earlier, he had approached this Court vide Criminal Bail Application No.582 of 2020. That application was allowed to be withdrawn vide order dated 18/02/2021. By that order the trial Court was directed to complete the trial within a period of one year from the date of that order.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, trial is not yet over. Learned APP, on the other hand, on instructions, stated that 12 witnesses are already examined in the trial and only Digitally signed by VINOD BHASKAR GOKHALE Date:

Considering that the trial has almost reached its end, it would be appropriate if further directions are issued to complete the trial within next two months. Considering this situation, the trial Court is directed to complete the trial within next two months. If the trial is not completed within next Two months, the applicant is at liberty to revive his prayer of bail. 4.
