In this civil application, the applicant prays for quashing and setting aside the order dated 4th December 2018 passed by the Registrar (Judl.-II) dismissing the second appeal for non compliance with the conditional order.

Mr.Patil, learned counsel for the applicant states that the office objections could not be removed due to unavoidable circumstances. He undertakes to remove all office objections within four weeks from today. Undertaking is accepted.

The order dated 4th December 2018 passed by the Registrar (Judl.-II) is accordingly quashed and setting aside the order dated 4th December 2018 passed by the Registrar (Judl.-II) on the condition that

If the office objections are not removed within the time prescribed, second appeal to stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. Civil application is disposed of on aforesaid terms.
