The afore-stated intervention applications are filed by the first informant in CR No.239/2017 registered with Walchand Nagar

Nalawade A.S.

2 /2 APPP-868-17-6 Police Station, Pune (Rural).

For the reasons stated in the applications, the applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 3.

The applicants in ABA No.1473/2017, 1494/2017 and ABA No.1524/2017 are hereby directed to implead the first informant Somnath Anuksh Nalawade as respondent No.2. The said amendment to be carried out within one week from today and the amended copy of the anticipatory bail applications be served upon the learned counsel for the first informant within the said stipulated period.
