The learned counsel for the parties state that the issue involved in these writ petitions was also involved in writ petition No.6403/2016 and writ petition No.6026/2016 and this Court has by the judgment dated 25.07.2017 partly allowed the writ petitions and issued certain directions against the Corporation after quashing and setting aside the resolution of the standing committee. The learned counsel fairly state that a similar order could be passed in this writ petition also.
