This is an application for relaxation of condition of Order dated 8th March 2018 passed by this Court while releasing the applicant/accused on bail during pendency of the appeal filed by him.

The applicant/accused is directed to mark his presence before the learned trial Court on every first Monday of the month between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. by this Order dated 8th March Aarti Palkar 1/2

The learned counsel for the applicant/accused submits that the applicant/accused wants to go to his native place for the period from 1st November 2018 to 18th November 2018, and therefore, he is unable to attend the Court on first Monday of November 2018.

None appeared for the respondent No.1/CBI despite service of notice of this application on it.

Considering the reason stated by the applicant/accused, condition to attend the learned trial Court on first Monday of November 2018 is relaxed.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
