Keeping in view of the aforesaid limited period, we dispose of the petition, by directing the Appellate Authority to decide Appeal No.113 of 2017 (Exhibit 'B') as expeditiously as possible, but in any case within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of the order of this court.
