This petition can be disposed of, at this stage itself, by directing the Family Court, Bandra to re-consider the request of the petitioner to have the interview of the minor child conducted by the Marriage Counsellor.

As such, the order dated 29th August, 2022 passed by the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai, below Exhibit 25 is quashed and set aside with direction, as above.

The parties shall appear before the Family Court at Bandra on 10th April, 2023.
