1] The Petitioner challenges departmental equiry proceedings initiated against her. The charges are framed against the Petitioner on 14 May 2018. Not only that, after the charges were framed, eighteen meetings of the Enquiry Committee have been held, in which the Petitioner has already been participated.

2] We do not find that any interference in the departmental enquiry is warranted in exercise of our jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petition is rejected.
