This is an application for modification of condition Nos. (vi) and (vii) imposed upon the applicant by releasing him on bail by an order dated 18.06.2015. The condition Nos. (vi) and (vii) read as under: (vi) The applicants shall attend Sheel-Diaghar Police Station, Thane once in a month on the first Saturday of every month between 11.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon till the conclusion of the trial; (vii) The applicants shall not leave the jurisdiction of Mumbai City, Thane or Navi Mumbai, without the permission of the trial Court;"

The record reveals that the applicant was absconding for the period of six months and after taking into consideration the said aspect and the gravity of the offence, this Court has imposed the said conditions. The applicant is entitled to leave the city of Mumbai, Thane or Navi Mumbai with the permission of Trial Court.
