Heard Mr. Gosavi, learned Counsel for petitioner. 2.
Mr. Gosavi has tendered communication dated 16.02.2015 addressed by the petitioner to his Advocate setting aside therein that the parties have amicably settled the dispute and have agreed to take divorce as per the social custom prevalent in their community. To that effect, parties have executed agreement on 08.01.2015. The petitioner has, therefore, instructed his Advocate to withdraw this Petition as he does not wish to continue with the proceedings. The typed and original copy of that communication as also the photocopy of the identity card of the petitioner are taken on record and marked 'X Colly.' for identification. 3.
On the motion made by Mr. Gosavi, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such.
