P.C. :- P.C. :- The Applicant has been convicted of the offences punishable under Section 201 of the IPC by the learned Sessions Judge, Sangli in the Sessions Case No.22 of 2014 and sentenced to suffer RI for two years and to pay fine of Rs.3,000/-. The Applicant has paid the fine amount. Sentence of the Applicant was suspended by the trial Court vide order dated 19.7.2017, which is at Page 211 of the Appeal Memo.

Considering the quantum of sentence, the Applicant is directed to be released on bail. Hence, the following order: (1) Pending the Appeal arising from judgment and order in Sessions Case No.22 of 2014 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Sangli, sentence imposed on the Applicant stands suspended and he is directed to be released on bail on the same terms and conditions as he was during the pendency of the trial.

The Application stands disposed of.
