Heard learned counsel for the applicant. This is an application for relaxation of the condition of attendance. The applicant has been regularly attending the concerned police station since the date of the order i.e. 04/08/2017 for a period of more than 5 and 1/2 years. The trial is yet to commence. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the condition needs to be relaxed. The applicant shall henceforth attend the concerned police station once in 4 1/2
