Advocate for the Petitioner after taking instruction from his client who is present in court makes a statement that in view of subsequent development that Respondent cleared arrears of maintenance charges upto May 2018, she received instruction from her client to withdraw the present Contempt Petition. To that effect, she has placed in writing. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Same is accepted.

911 cp41-16.doc It is made clear that Respondent have to pay maintenance charges of Rs.6000/- to the Petitioner on or before 15th of each month i.e. for the month of June, 2018, he has to pay on or before 15.06.2018.

In view of above mentioned facts, Contempt Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Respondent to pay litigation charges of this Contempt Petition to the Petitioner, a sum of Rs.3,000/-. Charges to be paid on or before 15.06.2018.
