After heard sometime, the learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition and to that effect, he is giving a writing. The same is accepted and taken on record and marked 'X' for the purpose of identification.

The learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Regular Civil Suit No. 115 of 2014 was filed for injunction and the same is pending for hearing and final disposal for last more than four years. He submits that in the interest of justice, hearing of the suit may be expedited. V.A. Tikam 1/2

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioners, I pass the following order:

ORDER

(i) Writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn; (ii) Hearing of the Regular Civil Suit NO. 115 of 2014 pending before the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Shahuwadi, Malkapur is expedited; (iii) This Court expects that the Trial Court should dispose of the said suit as early as possible and, in any case, on or before 31st December, 2018; (iv) No orders as to costs;
